The average price in the Uttarakhand region has had a strong decrease in recent months. There has been a strong deflation in the prices in this region.
The price per sq.foot in Uttarakhand has risen considerably in the last 6 months. During November, the average price per sq.foot was ₹ 15,757. The following month (December) the price had a considerable deflation reaching ₹ 13,135 per sq.foot. The following two months (January, February) went through a considerable deflation of 84 % in the price per sq.foot with regard to the previous two. In the last two months, the price has stayed the same with regard to the average value for the last 4 months going from an average price per sq.foot of ₹ 13,286.75 to ₹ 13,513.5 during March and April.

During December it went through a strong inflation reaching ₹ 44.35 lakhs The average price for the following two months (January, February) increased from ₹ 41.01 lakhs to ₹ 45.57 lakhs. During the last two months the average price has remained stagnant and has gone from ₹ 43.29 lakhs to ₹ 43.87 lakhs during March and April.
