Property prices for sale in Gurgaon (Haryana)
The prices in real estate in Gurgaon, in the Haryana region have remained the same in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have remained in this city.
The price per sq.foot in Gurgaon has remained the same in the last 6 months. In October, the average price per sq.foot was ₹ 20,194. In the following month the price per sq.foot increased considerably to ₹ 23,896. In the following two months the price per sq.foot has barely changed, going from ₹ 22,045 to ₹ 22,726.5 per sq.foot. The price per sq.foot has had a considerable deflation of 80 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per sq.foot of ₹ 22,385.75 to ₹ 17,976.5 during February, and March.

In November This price remains at ₹ 1.59 crores. In the following two months the average price has remained the same with regard to the previous two months from ₹ 1.55 crores to ₹ 1.61 crores. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has gone up 112 % during the last two months.
