The average price in the Uttar Pradesh region has had a strong decrease in recent months. There has been a strong deflation in the prices in this region.
The price per sq.foot in Uttar Pradesh has risen considerably in the last 6 months. During September, the average price per sq.foot was ₹ 5,385. The following month (October) the price had a considerable deflation reaching ₹ 3,594 per sq.foot. The following two months (November, December) there has been a deflation of 91 % in the price per sq.foot with regard to the previous two. In the last two months, the price per sq.foot has decreased 91 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price ₹ 4,288.5 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price ₹ 3,884 per sq.foot for the last two months (January, February).
Based upon to the price in Uttar Pradesh(region), this has decreased considerably in the last 6 months. September has an average price of ₹ 70.51 lakhs. During October the price had a strong deflation till ₹ 45.47 lakhs. In the following two months the average price has decreased 66 % compared to the previous two. During the last two months the price has reduced 86 % compared to the previous average values going from ₹ 48.23 lakhs a ₹ 41.3 lakhs in January and February.

The properties with the most expensive average price are those with 4 BHK. These are 410 % more costly than the average followed by those with 3 BHK with a price of ₹ 7,788 / sq.foot.
