The average price in the Uttar Pradesh region has had a strong decrease in recent months. There has been a strong deflation in the prices in this region.
The price per sq.foot in Uttar Pradesh has risen considerably in the last 6 months. During June, the average price per sq.foot was ₹ 7,202. In July the price pretty much stayed the same at ₹ 6,858 per sq.foot. The following two months (August, September) went through a considerable deflation of 74 % in the price per sq.foot with regard to the previous two. In the last two months, the price per sq.foot has had a significant decrease of 63 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of ₹ 6,116.75 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of ₹ 3,828 per sq.foot for the last two months (October, November).
Based upon to the price in Uttar Pradesh (region), this has decreased in the last 6 months. In the first month sample for June the average price is ₹ 64.35 lakhs. During July it went through a strong inflation reaching ₹ 77.14 lakhs The average price for the following two months (August, September) decreased 89 % compared to the prior two. During the last two months the price has had a considerable reduction of 63 % with respect to the previous four months going from ₹ 66.81 lakhs a ₹ 42.21 lakhs.
