The prices in real estate in Bangalore, in the Karnataka region have had a minor rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have risen in this city.
The price per sq.foot in Bangalore has increased during the last 6 months. In August, the average price per sq.foot was ₹ 5,942. In the following month the price per sq.foot decreased to ₹ 5,126. In the following two months the price per sq.foot has barely changed, going from ₹ 5,534 to ₹ 5,575 per sq.foot. The price per sq.foot has had a considerable increase of 136 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per sq.foot of ₹ 5,554.5 to ₹ 7,535.5 during December, and January.

During September the price had a considerable reduction till ₹ 70.33 lakhs. In the following two months the average price has remained the same with regard to the previous two months from ₹ 79.39 lakhs to ₹ 78.01 lakhs. During the last two months, the average price has reduced with regard to the previous ones. To be precise it has gone down 87 %, going from ₹ 78.7 lakhs to ₹ 68.43 lakhs in December and January.
