In the following two months the price per sq.foot has barely changed, going from ₹ 5,308.5 to ₹ 5,408.5 per sq.foot. The price per sq.foot has barely changed in the last two months compared to the average price of the previous four months going from an average price of ₹ 5,358.5 to ₹ 5,285.5 during March y April
