The prices in real estate in Bangalore, in the Karnataka region have had a minor rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have risen in this city.
The price per sq.foot in Bangalore has increased during the last 6 months. In November, the average price per sq.foot was ₹ 6,029. In the following month the price per sq.foot decreased considerably to ₹ 5,057. The price for the following two months in (January, February) had a considerable increment of 140 %. The price per sq.foot has decreased 91 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per sq.foot of ₹ 6,647 to ₹ 6,027 during March, and April.
Based upon to the price in Bangalore (cities), this has gone up in the last 6 months. The average price for November is ₹ 77.58 lakhs. During December the price had a considerable reduction till ₹ 64.95 lakhs. During the following two months (January, February) the price has had an average incrementation from ₹ 71.26 lakhs to ₹ 75.2 lakhs. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has risen strongly 137 % during the last two months.
