Property prices for sale in Bangalore (Karnataka)
The prices in real estate in Bangalore, in the Karnataka region have had a minor rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have risen in this city.
The price per sq.foot in Bangalore has increased during the last 6 months. In October, the average price per sq.foot was ₹ 5,750. In the following month the price per sq.foot increased considerably to ₹ 6,926. The price for the following two months in (December, January) decreased 95 % with regard to the prior two months. The price per sq.foot has increased 105 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per sq.foot of ₹ 6,168.25 to ₹ 6,481.5 during February, and March.

During November the price went through a considerable rise reaching ₹ 1.02 crores.
