Property prices for sale in Ernakulam (Kerala)
The prices in real estate in Ernakulam, in the Kerala region have had a strong rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have gone through a strong increase in this city.
The price per sq.foot in Ernakulam has increased strongly during the last 6 months. In October, the average price per sq.foot was ₹ 6,249. In the following month the price per sq.foot increased considerably to ₹ 7,941. In the following two months the price per sq.foot has increased 111 %, going from ₹ 7,095 to ₹ 7,870 per sq.foot. The price per sq.foot has had a considerable increase of 119 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per sq.foot of ₹ 7,482.5 to ₹ 8,870.5 during February, and March.

During November the price went through a considerable rise reaching ₹ 2.34 crores. During the following two months (December, January) the price has had an average incrementation from ₹ 1.98 crores to ₹ 2.21 crores. During the last two months, the average price has pretty much remained the same with regard to the previous average values going from an average value of ₹ 2.09 crores and ₹ 2.18 crores between February and March.
