Property prices for sale in Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh)
The prices in real estate in Lucknow, in the Uttar Pradesh region have had a strong rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have gone through a strong increase in this city.
The price per sq.foot in Lucknow has increased strongly during the last 6 months. In September, the average price per sq.foot was ₹ 2,934. In the following month the price per sq.foot decreased considerably to ₹ 2,077. The price for the following two months in (November, December) had a considerable increment of 257 %. The price per sq.foot has had a considerable deflation of 57 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per sq.foot of ₹ 4,474.5 to ₹ 2,554 during January, and February.

During October the price had a considerable reduction till ₹ 27.58 lakhs. During the following two months (November, December) the average price had a considerable increase of 147 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months, the average price has reduced with regard to the previous ones. To be precise it has gone down 85 %, going from ₹ 41.77 lakhs to ₹ 35.64 lakhs in January and February.
