The price per sq.foot in Lucknow has remained the same in the last 6 months. In October, the average price per sq.foot was ₹ 1,920. In the following month the price per sq.foot decreased to ₹ 1,792. In the following two months the price per sq.foot has barely changed, going from ₹ 1,856 to ₹ 1,945 per sq.foot. The price per sq.foot has increased 108 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months.
